More realistic Impact-Effort estimates

Started to refresh my prioritization knowledge. Instead found this detailed expansion of the typical “effort-impact” matrix by Itamar Gilad.

This feels more realistic to me, while still being fairly simple. And he provides simple examples to improve our estimations.
