Design Exercise

A transit payments processor wanted to learn the process of human-centered experience design. I volunteered 13 hours of time to do a guerrilla research and design project, with both short-term and long-term design recommendations.

The company was able to immediately implement some of the short-term recommendations, and I was happy to help make the transit rider experience that much more attractive.
